Age-Friendly Business®

The Age-Friendly Business® Foundation Course provides an introduction to some of the universal processes of aging that impact how our customers access our commercial outlets and services, and engage with our service providers.  This dynamic 2 hour online course presents a range of considerations …from ageism to Alzheimer’s disease;  from vision and hearing changes to increased creativity and verbal skills; from fall prevention to effective communication — there is something to learn for all industries. You’ll understand better some of the realities of growing older, and how you can make your business more accessible, safe, and respectful for your customers.

In order for a business to acquire Membership in the Age-Friendly Business® Alliance, all staff interacting with the public must complete the Foundation Course, the business must agree to abide by the Age-Friendly Business® Code of Service, and maintain annual membership.

Access to the Foundation Course starts at $95 per person, and special pricing is available based on the size of the organization.  Contact us to learn more about our Enterprise full portal access opportunity for you and your whole team.  Email Membership@AgeFriendlyBusiness.com to find out more about our custom solution.
